How it works: A percentage of the budget contributed by the investor to the audiovisual project is allocated directly to square metres of ERS developments.
Return for the investor: The property asset guarantees a solid, secure and steady cash flow, with an average return/appreciation of 4 per cent per annum, safeguarding the investor's capital regardless of the film's distribution window.
